NIVI Cleaning Services is a Toronto-based cleaning company offering residential, deep, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnover and commercial cleaning across Toronto, Ontario, Canada and nearby GTA areas. Bookings are made online with the price shown before you confirm, and every job is assigned to a specific team member.
How we work
- You book online and see the full price breakdown before confirming — no payment is taken on this site.
- We confirm the appointment with you, then assign the job to a named team member.
- The assigned cleaner works from the published checklist for your service, so both sides know what is covered.
- If a space turns out to be much larger or heavier than booked, we talk to you before doing extra work.
- After the clean, you can tell us what to change — recurring visits are adjusted from your notes.
What we ask of you
- Cleaning products, tools and supplies are provided by you; you confirm this when booking.
- Clear access: buzzer code, lockbox, fob, elevator booking or concierge instructions if needed.
- Somewhere to park, or a note about the nearest paid parking.
- Pets secured or noted, and any surfaces that need a specific product flagged in advance.
