Services
Five core services plus a custom option. Every page explains exactly what is and isn't included, so there are no surprises on the day.
Residential cleaning from NIVI is a routine clean of the rooms you use every day — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas — booked as a one-time visit or on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule. Your price is calculated from the service, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the size of your home and any extras you add, and it is shown before you confirm.
A deep clean covers everything in a regular clean plus the detail work that routine visits skip: baseboards, door frames, switch plates, built-up grime in bathrooms and kitchens, and reachable areas behind and under furniture. It takes longer than a regular clean and is priced accordingly, with the total shown before you confirm.
Move-in and move-out cleaning is a detailed clean of an empty or nearly empty home — inside cupboards and closets, appliance exteriors, bathrooms, floors and all the detail work of a deep clean — timed for the gap between one tenancy or ownership and the next.
Turnover cleaning resets a short-term rental between guests: the whole unit is cleaned, beds are made with the linens you provide, and the space is left presentation-ready for the next check-in. It is booked per turnover or on a recurring schedule that matches your calendar.
Commercial cleaning covers offices, studios and small business premises: workstations, common areas, kitchens and washrooms, cleaned on a schedule that fits around your opening hours, including after hours. Commercial spaces are quoted individually because layout, floor area and frequency vary far more than in homes.
Something else in mind? A Custom Cleaning option is available in the booking form.
Which one you need depends on how long it has been since the last thorough clean.
| Regular clean | Deep clean | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | A home already kept in reasonable shape | Buildup, or no professional clean in months |
| Detail work | Surfaces you see and use daily | Baseboards, frames, grout, behind reachable furniture |
| Time on site | Shorter | Noticeably longer for the same home |
| Typical use | Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly | One-off reset, then regular visits |
Both are detailed. The difference is whether the home is furnished.
