Question 1

What cleaning services does NIVI offer in Toronto?

Accepted Answer

House and condo cleaning (one-time or recurring), deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, and office and commercial cleaning. A custom cleaning option is also available in the booking form if none of those fit.

Question 2

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Downtown, West, East and North Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, York and nearby GTA areas. If your area isn't listed, contact us and we'll tell you whether we can reach you.

Question 3

Do you clean condos and apartments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Condos and apartments are booked as residential cleaning. Tell us about concierge access, fobs, elevator booking and parking when you book.

Question 4

Do you clean offices?

Accepted Answer

Yes, offices and small business premises, including after-hours schedules. Commercial spaces are quoted individually.

Question 5

How is my price calculated?

Accepted Answer

Your price starts from the service's base rate, then adds charges for bedrooms and bathrooms beyond what the base includes, an adjustment for your home's square-footage band, an adjustment if the space needs extra attention, and the price of any extras you select. Recurring-schedule discounts and any active promotion are then subtracted. The full breakdown appears in the booking form before you confirm.

Question 6

Is the price I see the final price?

Accepted Answer

It is the price for the details you entered. If the space turns out to be significantly different from what was booked — much larger, or in much heavier condition — we'll talk to you before doing extra work rather than surprising you with a bill.

Question 7

Do I pay on the website?

Accepted Answer

No. No payment is taken online. Booking through the site submits a requested appointment; payment is arranged directly with us.

Question 8

Do you offer discounts for recurring cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly schedules each carry an automatic discount, which is applied and shown in the price breakdown when you choose a frequency.

Question 9

How do I book a cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Use the booking form: choose your service, describe the property, pick a frequency and any extras, choose a date and available time, then enter your contact and address details and confirm. You'll get a booking reference on the confirmation screen.

Question 10

Is my booking confirmed immediately?

Accepted Answer

Submitting the form creates a requested appointment. We review it and confirm the time with you; the status of your booking is shown as Pending until then.

Question 11

Which time slots can I choose?

Accepted Answer

Only slots long enough for your job where a team member is free are offered. Past dates and unavailable times can't be selected.

Question 12

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — contact us as early as you can so the slot can be reused. See our Terms & Conditions for the details.

Question 13

Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?

Accepted Answer

No. You provide the cleaning products, tools and supplies for your space — you confirm this when booking. This keeps the products used in your home entirely your choice.

Question 14

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. You can be home or arrange access with a key, code or concierge. Tell us which when you book.

Question 15

What should I do before the team arrives?

Accepted Answer

Put away personal items and clutter, leave out the products and equipment you want used, and flag anything fragile or off-limits. Clear surfaces mean more time cleaning.

Question 16

What if something isn't done to my standard?

Accepted Answer

Tell us as soon as you notice — contact details are on the Contact page — and we'll work with you to put it right.

Question 17

What personal information do you collect?

Accepted Answer

The details you provide when booking or contacting us: name, email, phone, service address and any notes. How it's used, kept and deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Question 18

Will you send me marketing email?

Accepted Answer

Only if you tick the optional marketing box when booking, and you can opt out at any time.
