A deep clean covers everything in a regular clean plus the detail work that routine visits skip: baseboards, door frames, switch plates, built-up grime in bathrooms and kitchens, and reachable areas behind and under furniture. It takes longer than a regular clean and is priced accordingly, with the total shown before you confirm.

- Reachable areas behind and under furniture that can be moved safely by hand
- Dusting vents, light fixtures and ledges within safe reach
Not automatically included
- Inside fridge and inside oven — available as extras
- Wall washing beyond spot-cleaning, ceiling cleaning and heavy stain removal
- Cleaning products, tools and equipment — you provide these (see our Terms)
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Cleaning up biohazards, mould remediation or pest infestations
- Exterior windows above ground level, balconies with unsafe access, or roof areas
- Repairs, painting, junk removal or organizing services

How to prepare
- Clear counters, floors and surfaces as much as you can — clearing means cleaning.
- Flag the two or three areas that matter most to you when you book.
- Leave out the products and equipment you want used, including a vacuum.
Access and parking
- Tell us how we get in: you're home, a lockbox, a code, or a concierge/front desk.
- For condos and apartments, let us know if a service elevator or loading dock has to be booked.
- Let us know about parking — a driveway, visitor spot or nearby street parking all work.
- Tell us if pets will be home so we can plan around them.
