How to prepare
- Leave a clearly stocked supply cupboard: linens, towels, consumables and products.
- Share your check-out and check-in times so the turnover fits the window.
- Tell us how to report anything a guest left behind or damaged.
Access and parking
- Tell us how we get in: you're home, a lockbox, a code, or a concierge/front desk.
- For condos and apartments, let us know if a service elevator or loading dock has to be booked.
- Let us know about parking — a driveway, visitor spot or nearby street parking all work.
- Tell us if pets will be home so we can plan around them.
