How to prepare
- Have the space emptied before we arrive — anything left behind can't be cleaned under or inside.
- Confirm that water and electricity are still connected.
- Book the elevator or loading dock if your building requires it.
Access and parking
- Tell us how we get in: you're home, a lockbox, a code, or a concierge/front desk.
- For condos and apartments, let us know if a service elevator or loading dock has to be booked.
- Let us know about parking — a driveway, visitor spot or nearby street parking all work.
- Tell us if pets will be home so we can plan around them.
